An FIR has been lodged in the local police station late Saturday evening against a male executive assistant working in the Warisaliganj block office of Nawada district, who refused to marry her after being repeatedly sexually harassed by one of her own department personnel on the pretext of marriage.
In the FIR lodged at the police station, the female executive assistant said that since the year 2019, I have been working on the post of executive assistant in Warisaliganj block office. Fell in love while talking to Suraj Kumar, a local block worker for the last three years. Since then we kept talking to him. Meanwhile, both of them started swearing to live and die with each other.It was said in the application that Block employee Suraj had sexual relations with me several times in three years on the pretext of marriage. When I became pregnant, he took me into confidence by speaking sweet words and gave me medicine and got me aborted. When I pressured him to marry me, he flatly refused.
The female executive assistant said in the application that she was being threatened with death and termination of her job if she was pressurized for marriage. As a result I have to take recourse to the law.When asked in this regard, Police Station Head Inspector Rupesh Kumar Sinha said that an FIR has been registered in the matter. After investigation, legal action will be taken against the culprit.
