the case of molestation of a minor girl, during the hearing of the final form filed by the researcher declaring the claim false, the matter took a new turn when the researcher did not give a satisfactory answer to the questions asked by the court. He admitted that no research had been done by him. Rather, the case has been supervised by the Rajauli Sub-Divisional Police Officer at the request of the senior officer and the final form was filed as per his orders.
The victim was present in the court along with her family at the time of hearing. Special Court POCSO Judge Manish Dwivedi, taking the matter seriously, directed the investigator and Rajauli SDPO that on the next date of hearing, March 5, 2024, both the police officers should be physically present in the court with all the documents related to the case. Describing the matter as sensitive, the judge directed the Superintendent of Police to ensure the presence of both the police officers in the court on the said date.
